Question: I have an account through your store. How do I found out how much credit I have?
Answer: You may call the shop for a balance or set up access to your account online and check at your convenience. 916.984.6500
Question: I consigned some items a while back but no one has called me if they have sold. How do I know if I have any money?
Answer: We do not call when items are sold. You are welcome to call the shop for an update or set up access to your online account.
Question: No one gave me a receipt. How do I know what happened to my things?
Answer: It takes about 2-3 week for your items to be inventoried. Once they have been inventoried they will show up in your online account. We do not give receipts for when items are taken in. If you would like verification of what you brought in we recommend you take photos and document prior to consignment. If you believe there are any discrepancies please bring this to our attention immediately so we can troubleshoot the issue. If too much time passes we may not be able to help.
Question: Can you tell me what items you donated?
Answer: Unless you are present when we go through your consignment at that time we are unable to inform you. If you are okay to donate what we don’t take these items go into a donate bin with the other consignors for that day. Donations get picked up weekly from WEAVE.
Question: Why do you only accept 10 items at a time for walk-ins?
Answer: Part of the experience of shopping at Relove is the variety that we offer. This variety comes from the many women that consign with us. By limiting to 10 items a day we are able to accommodate more consignors and offer greater variety of inventory.
